The most senior engineer in our group is Mr. Marwan Sahat. Don't be fooled by the serious look - he's most helpful, kind, confident, and he understands the technical issues and the company business more than some of the supervisors I know.

One of his stories that I remember is his own recollection of Mr. S J's style of management - technical issue is just like a black box where you understand what goes in and the expectation for what comes out. I don't necessarily need to know what happens inside.
