Doing a Simple Job
The laziness of the postman to deliver the letters straight to our door is jeopardizing the integrity of the mail. Unwilling to ride all the way down to our residence, which is slightly downhill of the main road, the postman inserted letters and parcels in between the grill of our neighbor's ex-home gate besides the main road, exposing the entire thing to the weather.
How do you do a simple job well? Where is the accountability?

if a postman respects his own profession enough, he will do his best
i think the postman does not think his job is a noble enough profession and he probably hates it too
every job in society is as important as the next. we all have our roles
wishing that everyone thinks.. "my job is the most important, i must do it well, "
part timer maybe?
Gaji rendah sangat kot. Tak sepadan dengan penat lelah. It's true that we don't work for money only, tp kalau gaji rendah, rasa kurang apresisi dari orang atasan.
underpaid in m'sia... not surprising. check out the workforce that has migrated out already,
