When I read your previous post [and comments],was shocked to know what u've been through during your years in SAS. That bad, eyy? On the contrary, my 5 years of high school was the best thing that had ever happened to me. Chill out, after all those 'sufferings' you are successful now, aren't you? Living under the same roof with your mum even~ [Even I don't get that!!]
And from my reading [and observation] of your blog, there are loadsa people who care about you. Cross out "isolated by peers" in your memory.
adios amigos, i'm perfectly healthy, everyday i climb thousands flight of stairs to school and alhamdulillah, there is no more altitude headaches - the clanging pain that comes when reduced oxygen forces a climber's brain to expand againts the immovable skull. but there is one thing that concern me, as we get older, our brain shrink - so fewer headaches.
i think my brain must have really shrunk..and you're lucky!
Dear fizzy: Could've been worst, but it sure wasnt easy. At least i would have stories to tell my kids.. ehhem.. when i have kids. Being successful has several different angles to it (having successful kids is one of em), i am still working on at least 3 or 4 :D Living with mum? Well, we're one classical household - fulltime housewife mom, 8 siblings, a refrigerator my age (23), 30-yr old kitchen table & chairs, etc2..
"isolated" turned out to be my teacher of sensitivity, tactfulness, diplomacy, etc2 but as a setback, it's taken away a few bold things i was capable of doing before. nevertheless, it showed who my true friends are. thanks to those who care
you're right, live it to the fullest~ move forward and do things you wanna do.. :)
myrasya: hola. mine has shrunk too. i can feel it. :)
