Distraction
I am quite troubled, I think I need to bury myself in books, computers, or work. About Time, How to Have a Beautiful Mind, Control Valve Handbook (I'm not seriously going to read this, am I?) Freakonomics, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, or, hmm, maybe movies... well, what does an engineer normally do?

The perfect book for a troubled mind (it is even the perfect book for anyone) is the Quran. Try to get yourself a good tafsir and bury yourself into it.
Can't agree more. I do have one and it's not mentioned here that I read it everyday. Thanks for the reminder.
