Visitor from far east

Beginning next week, our family will be hosting (or temporarily adopting) a Japanese student, Sakiko Aizawa, throughout her educational visit here in Malaysia. She's really looking forward to it, based on the descriptions written in the transfer form copy that was sent to us, and we couldn't help but rely on CB in case there was a communication breakdown.

Ihsan, perhaps you can supply us some vocab upfront.
