looks like it. can't say for sure who the architect is though,..
it could also be a baseball field -shaped or even a space shuttle -shaped Zid. Could be a lobster too. Depends on how you look at it.
taufiq clearly has the more creative imaginations.. perhaps baseball field and space shuttle if the architect was american born/educated (i think russian would be more interested in space dock/station)... lobster, erm,, fisherman/cook turned architect. that's a good career jump.
ahaha just some crappy thought lah
